Staffing agency partner FAQ

Employment, insurance, ownership, software, demand, and what happens after you apply.

What staffing agencies can apply to the TempGuru partner network?

A vetted partner agency regularly handles event staffing, has an active TempGuru contract that includes service-level commitments, and agrees to work in TempGuru's software. Market demand, role fit, and capacity also affect whether an application moves forward.

Does becoming a TempGuru partner guarantee staffing orders?

No. Order volume depends on client demand, market coverage, role fit, pricing, capacity, and delivery history. We would rather be clear about that before either side spends time onboarding.

Who employs workers on TempGuru partner orders?

For U.S. orders, workers are employed and paid as W-2 employees by the assigned partner agency. For Canadian orders, workers are employed locally by the assigned partner agency under applicable Canadian employment and payroll rules. In both countries, the assigned agency handles the employment, payroll, insurance, and recordkeeping duties that apply to its workers.

Do partner agencies keep their name and existing clients?

Yes. Your agency stays independent, keeps its name, and keeps its existing client relationships. Orders routed by TempGuru follow the TempGuru client agreement and network operating workflow.

Does a partner agency have to use TempGuru Pro?

Yes. A partner agency agrees to work in TempGuru's software as part of its active contract. The applicable workflow and commercial terms are documented during contracting and onboarding.

What happens after I submit a partner application?

TempGuru reviews your markets, event-staffing experience, employment and payroll model, and capacity against current network demand. If there is a potential fit, the team schedules an operating review. If a market is not open, the application may be held for future demand.

What information should a staffing agency prepare before applying?

Prepare the legal agency name, country, website, operating markets, event-staffing specialties, active employee bench, insurance documentation, largest recent crews, service radius, role credentials, and the people responsible for scheduling and escalation. U.S. agencies should be ready to document their W-2 employment model; Canadian agencies should be ready to document local employment and payroll administration under applicable Canadian employment and payroll rules. Accurate operating details matter more than a sales presentation because TempGuru reviews fit against current market demand and accepted-order requirements.

What are TempGuru's standard partner-agency payment terms?

TempGuru's current standard partner-agency payment term is Net 45. The signed partner agreement and accepted order control the actual invoicing, documentation, approval, dispute, and payment requirements for the engagement. An application page does not replace those written commercial terms.
