How it works

How does TempGuru work with AI?

TempGuru publishes current event staffing data through a public MCP server. The Claude connector can use that data to check coverage, roles, planning rates, lead times, and US state guidance. Use the city staffing guides to verify the market and the event-staffing role guides to define duties. You build the early plan in Claude, then continue to TempGuru when you are ready to request staff.

Are the rates shown by the connector final quotes?

No. Role rates are planning ranges based on the city and role. Dates, shift length, headcount, credentials, and lead time can change the written quote a TempGuru coordinator prepares.
