For an overnight move-in, show the 10 p.m. freight call, the 7 a.m. day handoff, paid work span, dock assignment, and unfinished-task transfer. Separate crews or relief may be needed when a shift would cross the daily line. Record the applicable pay assumption before approval and do not treat an ordinary 40-hour week as the only overtime test.
