Colorado's minimum wage is $15.16 an hour for 2026 under the adopted 2026 PAY CALC Order, 7 CCR 1103-14. and Aspen adds nothing on top: no city or Pitkin County wage ordinance exists, so the statewide floor is the only floor, unlike Boulder, Boulder County, and Edgewater, the three Colorado localities that have set their own higher rates.

Pearl Street Mall is a four-block, car-free pedestrian zone from 11th to 15th Street, run by Boulder Parks and Recreation, so load-in for street festivals or the farmers market has to come off the cross streets by hand truck or cart, since vehicles cannot pull onto the mall itself.
The Broadmoor's Colorado Springs Convention Center runs over 200,000 square feet of indoor meeting and exhibit space, split across Bartolin Hall (125,000 square feet, including a 93,500 square foot exhibit floor) and the 60,000 square foot, pillar-free Broadmoor Hall, so a multi-hall conference load-in needs crews split and badged by hall rather than staffed as one dock.
